Subscription terms

Overview

LifinityRx offers certain treatments on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms.

Billing

• Your subscription will be billed at the price displayed on the product page at the time of enrollment.
• Billing occurs on a recurring monthly basis from the date of your initial order.
• All prices are in USD. Applicable taxes may apply based on your location.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

What's included

Each monthly subscription shipment includes your prescribed medication (compounded by a licensed U.S. pharmacy), all necessary supplies (where applicable), and free shipping. Consultation fees are included in your subscription price unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at care@lifinityrx.com or calling +1 747 330 0340, or through your patient portal when available.
• Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
• There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

Pausing your subscription

You may request to pause your subscription for up to three months by contacting our support team at care@lifinityrx.com or +1 747 330 0340.

Refunds on subscription orders

• Prescription medications that have been dispensed and shipped cannot be returned or refunded.
• If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may be eligible for a refund. Contact us as soon as possible.

Changes to subscription terms

• LifinityRx reserves the right to modify subscription pricing or terms with at least 30 days' written notice via email.
• Continued use of the subscription after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance, unless you cancel before the next charge.
