Can I change my order?

Yes, if you need to make any changes to your orders, please contact our Customer Service within 24 hours of placing the order.

What are your payment methods?

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).

When will I receive my items after I place an order?

All orders come complete with a tracking number so you can stay up to date on your order once it is dispatched.
Tracking may not be available to all countries. If you have any questions regarding shipping, feel free to contact us.

Note: The shipping time does not include the processing time, which can take up to 3 days.

In very rare cases, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most delays are caused by shipping logistics, which unfortunately we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen.

How do I know if my items have been shipped or not?

When your items have been fulfilled, we will send a notification email to your registered email address.

The tracking number is normally available within the next few days.

How much delivery costs?

How long does delivery take1?

Delivery takes between 1 and 7 days, depending on your location. We ship all orders using trusted carriers, UPS and USPS, to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.
