Return and Refund Policy

Subscriptions

For billing cycles, cancellation windows, pausing, and subscription refunds, see our Subscription terms. The policy below also applies where relevant.

Telehealth consultations & prescriptions

Lifinity provides prescription medications through licensed healthcare providers and licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies. Prescription products cannot be returned once dispensed, in line with pharmacy and safety regulations.

If your consultation does not result in a prescription, you may be eligible for a refund of any product charges. Consultation fees are non-refundable once the provider review has been completed.

Prescription medications

For health and safety reasons, prescription medications that have been dispensed and delivered cannot be returned or exchanged. If you believe you received the wrong medication or a defective product, contact us immediately at our contact page so we can review your case.

Refunds (when applicable)

If a refund is approved (for example, for an order that has not yet been dispatched, where applicable), it will be processed to your original payment method. Timing may depend on your financial institution.

If you haven't received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or card account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank — processing time may delay posting

If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Non-prescription items (if applicable)

For any eligible non-prescription items, return eligibility and time frames will be communicated at purchase. Prescription medications remain subject to the policy above.
